Sunriver Memories Waiting To Be Made!

Sunriver is a resort community located in the heart of Central Oregon. Sunriver is known for vacations, skiing at Mt. Bachelor, fishing the Big Deschutes and great family memories.  Buying a home in Sunriver is not just a great investment but it is also a place you and your family will always reflect back to the days when you rode on the bike trails, golfed on the Meadows or Woodlands golf course.  Had pizza at Blondies or just hung out in the hot tub as the snow fell.

Today, we have a home that is perfect for you and your family to start building your own Sunriver memories at.  Updates and furnishings were just recently completed, making this home a new Sunriver classic.

With 5 bedrooms 2 of which are master suites, a bunk room and a family style bedroom there is truly a place for everyone.  Huge great room is the perfect place for gathering after enjoying a sun filled day in Sunriver.

This beautiful home is located at 9 Conifer, just around the corner from Ft. Rock Park and right off the bike path.  The rear of the home backs to a huge common area which gives a privacy that is not easily found in Sunriver.

View this tour and then call to set up your personal showing of the fabulous home!  Be sure to click on the additional photos and the related shows for more about Central Oregon and Sunriver!

That kitchen looks very similar to a listing I have here in Florida. That is so weird!

Thesa - This truly is a dream home with the granite counters and gourmet kitchen!  Two masters are becoming so popular now.  I would love to come and see that beautiful country.

Hi Thesa,

Looks beautiful! I would imagine a downstairs master bedroom is a big deal, we have so few of those ourselves.

Thesa,

It seems many homes are going with the dark cabinets and the stainless steel appliances and granite. When we redo our kitchen that is the route we plan on going with.

Jennifer - thank you, I hope someone does too, I did schedule an appointment for this property for next week.

Lynda - thank you - it is a beautiful home and truly a labor of love for the seller - 2 masters are very popular here and one down is a huge plus.

Neal - would you believe those cabinets are from 1979 - just scrubbed and polished - even the hardware is the same.

Matt - the move has gone well, but... I am so far behind - that I have not had time to play in the RAIN - so trying to schedule it into my days.

Herb, thanks it is always fun to blog about a home you already love.

Margaret - thanks let's hope the buyer thinks the same thing

Teri - I moved to a La Pine office because that area is mostly owner occupied - I could never say I was not going to service one of my areas of expertise.... I will still work the Sunriver Market - but most of my $$$ come from La Pine - so I moved to La Pine (they are only 15 miles apart - which is 15 minute drive) - :o)

Thesa, I hope all is well in your new location. This is a beautiful place. I missed going up to Oregon last year, 2007, so I look forward to all the posts and pictures you set up on your posts.
