Thesa.... I want some of that snow....  we just received 1 1/2 to 2 inches.... but later on tonight, it turned to rain as it got a few degrees warmer... lol  Yuk....   it's now 36 degrees... oh well, I digress.

Jeff - bring a truck pack it away - we are kinda sick of it.... although it is melting fast - it was 55 today but started out at minus 7 - gotta love it :) - by the way - I hate you - just teasing - you got to meet 3 of my AR idols - I am so jealous

Thesa...  Looks like a nice bright house to call home...from the ground cover I guess plowing is important but I would make one suggestion... Plow the driveway before showings....  :-)

Thesa,

I don't know your market but according to the size it seems like a reasonable price. Love the snow but I'm happy in the 80's here:)

Dan - nice tip, however the driveway is plowed - we typically have a layer of ice, with temps ranging from negative 10 to 55 most of our driveways look worse than this one - wanta come visit?

Linda - about this time of the year the locals are complaining about the snow - I am sure they would love to give it away!  Thanks

Neal - I love your 80 degrees too - but you can have the humidity :o)

Thesa, so you have snow, huh? I've been in Bend before - during the summer. Very warm! )Look who's talking - Arizona). Good to see you posting again.

Thesa... I think Sandra is still shivering from when you called the other day and said is was -7 one morning.  Not a chance we'd travel out in that weather! :-)

Hey Thesa, looks like a cute home!  I have never seen that much snow in person.  Holy Cow!

Thesa, I don't see a lot of snow!  There is not much on the ground, at least by my standards.  :)

Looks like a nice house for the money.

Stephanie - I hate to tell you this but Joanne is right this is not much snow.... although we do not get as much as she does this photo was taken after about half of it had melted... the ice is the killer for me

Joanne - it is a great house - and I hope we can get it sold quickly
