Great in 08 - Company Outing and AR Meeting

Today is St. Patricks Day and it was a lucky day for me.  9 from our office including our owner Scott Pence left Sunriver at 5 a.m. and headed  to Portland for the RE/MAX Great in 08 -how great that was with only being with RE/MAX for a month this was exciting for me.

The most exciting part of the day was meeting Herb Hamilton- fellow ActiveRain member, Herb and I have a passion for older homes. Herb is my Portland connection his knowledge of flipping homes especially historic type homes is beyond anyone I know. 

I am loving RE/MAX and especially RE/MAX Sunset Realty -The 9 of us went to lunch after and talked about all the great tips we heard about - how we were going to implement some of them, how we can improve on what we are already doing.

For my buyers and sellers I can tell you this was a great investment in the service I will and do provide to all of you.  As for meeting Herb, it was the highlight of my day.

Wow, looks like you had a great time with your group, I love the slogan "Great in 08".  And meeting Herb, good for you. It's alway so much fun to connect with fellow Raniers around the U.S.

Thank you so much for the mention. Meeting you as well was the highlight of my day as well. It is so much more enjoyable to talk to people one on one even though we think we know each other over the internet. I decided after we talked today not to write a post as I knew you would. I did get a couple of pictures though that you do not have. Here they are.

 

For all those that did not get to see and listen to Dave, I will tell you it was really something.

Thesa, isn't that great that you got to meet Herb.  I'm glad RE/MAX is working out so good for you.  I made that same type of boo boo so knew what you were going through.

Thesa, was that just my imagination or did your picture change practically as I was looking at it? I thought Herb had taken a very good picture of you and almost said something about it then looked again and there it was.

Thesa, I know that you will love RE/MAX.  I joined almost 5 years ago and have never looked back.  The event with Dave Liniger and Margaret Kelly is great and I'm glad you had a chance to attend -- I went to it about a month ago here in Virginia.
